Telephone Advice
A telephone call to the doctor or nurse can often resolve an issue and save you a visit to the surgery. Please call during morning surgery and give brief details to the receptionist, who will arrange for a member of the clinical staff to call you back. Call backs are usually done at the end of morning surgery, normally after 12:00.
Please only request a call back in the evenings if it is an urgent issue which cannot wait until the following lunchtime.
